You bet. I've had only 3 nosedives with mine and they were all before I solved the issue with the recoil spring causing a snag/hitch in the slide action. None since. I'm up to a bit over 600 rounds now and the last 300 or so have been flawless. Shooting WWB mostly, Hornady Critical Defense, and Winchester Ranger SXT. It's carry ready as soon as I find a holster.

Would you buy another CM9?

Absolutely I'd buy another, Other then my Glocks and S&W this ran right out of the box, I cleaned it after about 100 rounds at the range and ran another hundred down the tube.
No problems.
One thing we all must remember is that forums are very useful for info about our cars, bikes, weapons etc. but for every failure report there are many many others who own the product and are very satisfied but never join a forum.
I believe there is far less chance of a Kahr going wrong than many other makes.

The question should be would you buy another CM9 when the Beretta Nano retails for the same price ? If the 1,000 round test Beretta did with the Nano can be replicated Kahr will have no choice but to drop the price on the CM9. I loved how well made my CM9 was but I had just enough FTF even after 700 rounds that I couldn't feel confident that it would go bang if my family or my life was on the line.

Ooh, that almost sounded dirty.Originally posted by Zebulun View PostYes , when you fire it for the first time, feel the tight fit and see the fine finish it gives you confidence that this little piece is a quality item, not to be confused by the "problems" experienced by some, this is a very good weapon.

Just got my CM9 this week and put 100 rds thru it today. Not one problem. This is not only a solid quality gun, it's also very attractive. I almost purchased the Nano, which I'm sure it's also a quality piece. But I've got to say the Nano is an ugly duck compared to the CM9.
So yes, I would definitely buy this gun again.
