hello fellow kahr shooters! just wanted to say hello. im sure everyone is just as excited about this forrum as i am. kahr make great products. i own a s/s pm 45 with night sites which i purchased online from arizonagunrunners.net- great comp. to do business with. i did however want the dlc slide but the wait was way too long,however i sent the slide ,trigger and slide stop to springer precision on 07dec09 for their ion bond dlc black finish- which i hope will not disappoint. i will say that the recoil on this firearm seems to be non existent, at least to me. my one gripe is the spent casing striking me in the face....especially when firing winchester ranger 230 gr t series. my next purchase will be a kahr k40 in dlc with trij. nightsites which i will purchase online from interstae arms .com

hello and thanks for the replies. i just purchased from interstae arms a nib kahr k40 in black with trijiicon night sites from a company called interstae arms.com- very friendly, answered all my q's and the price was terrific(668.50). what im really happy about is the pistol just arrives at their warehouse on nov 13 2009---- can you say brand new!!!!! p.s my pm45 will be here next week also after having it coated in the ion bond finish- ill get pics up when it arrives. be safe and enjoy your new yrs. hal

Good morning, it's a balmy 33° -- the over-night low here in Jacksonville. We're about 150 yards from the St Johns River which warms us a bit more than inland. It's always about 4 to 5° warmer here.
