Grips and Mag Extender

I just added to my new PM9 a Pachmayr slip-on grip and a Pearce pinky extender to the 6-rnd mag.

The result is fantastic. It feels much more solid. I was not used to such a small pistol, but these additions make it feel just right. I have to say too that I think the Pearce extender provides abetter fit to the receiver butt than even Kahr's own extender on the 7-rnd mag.

I totally agree about the Pierce pinky mag extender. It feels so much better in the hand right?! Before I bought my PM9 I rented one with it already on there and I automatically paid for one along with my new Kahr!

Yup. The difference is that the Kahr extender leaves a bit too much space between it and the butt of the gun, so that a finger would get pinched as the butt moved in recoil. The Pearce leaves less space for piece of finger to get caught. Also the added slip-on grip makes the space between mag and butt even smaller.

it might just be my 2 pm9s but with kahr or pierce ext. i could cause corbon dpx to hang on ramp with little finger pressure. that is the only round that i had trouble with consistaintly. but that also is my favoriate carry round jeff

The only thing I've shot is WWB and Hornady Crit Def. without the slightest problem. Haven't tried Corbon dpx.

I'm planning to get a the same extender shortly. But, first I have to see what my financial damages are from the holiday. I went with the Hogue Jr grip, made a world of difference.
