Maybe it just goes to show that one ammo company cannot be recommended over another, and that everyone has a problem or oops now and again. I recall hearing people around here getting bummed out and saying that they would never buy Federal again after the last recall they had. Kinda funny now, huh?Attitude: it takes 43 muscles to frown, 17 to smile...and 3 for proper trigger squeeze.
The olive branch is considered a symbol of peace, and good will. Last time I checked, it's still a switch.

At least Federal replaced their recalled ammo and paid all the shipping. I had six boxes of the affected ammo.Originally posted by jlottmc View PostMaybe it just goes to show that one ammo company cannot be recommended over another, and that everyone has a problem or oops now and again. That was the point of the post. I've seen many ammo recalls posted in the National Rifleman over the years and several gun recalls as well.Originally posted by jlottmc View PostMaybe it just goes to show that one ammo company cannot be recommended over another, and that everyone has a problem or oops now and again. Sometimes the writing on the wall may be in crayon (at least from me) but you probably still want to read it. Then you can get after the child who wrote it. I guess sometimes subtle is hard to pick up in writing.
