I watched a video this morning about prostate health, and if you're suffereing from an enlarged prostate, you might want to watch the video. They are giving away a bottle of the prostate supplement for $5 shipping and handling. I am NOT making any money or other benefits from this, just hoping this will allow me to "Shoot" with more FPS and FPE, and hit the target better. I figure probably some of us over 50 crowd have similiar problems. And thought I'd share the link.

I don't know if the link will work for everyone, I subscribe to some health letters and you may have to belong to one of them or something, but I figure for $5, it's hard to go wrong, even if it only helps a little. I've tried a different prostate supplement from the same folks, and I was quite happy with it.

I probably ought to warn you, you'll probably start getting health letters in the mail, so if you have a junk mail account enter that in the email account. Also if you order the bottle, it takes you to a screen where you can order some trial supscriptioins to some magaines, which will renew automatically when the trial runs out, you can choose skip this at the bottom of the page.

having failure to return to memory. is there a cure for that. I don't rememberi if I am shooting low, left or right or high. I just can't remember.

Southsound, glad you found us, us Washingtonians are gaining ground here. Never catch up with the east coast, Florida and most of the south but we're gaining.

I had to look up Hartstine Island. Your kind of in the middle of things but isolated too it looks like. Never been there, been through Shelton a few times. Got friends down in Aberdeen and the beach.

went into Panera GBread for my morning coffee todayt and in front of me in line was a biker guy, with a full face helmet in his hand and on his right side a Model `17 Glock. surprised me to see this display, as we just don't see it around this area. For allI know he couyld have even been a cop but he didn't look like a cop and he was ridin a yamaha besides that. anyway thats my story and I am stickin to it.
