Sorry to hear you're having so many problems with medical care and the delays you're experiencing with new Dr's. I'm also retired military on Tricare and Medicare. I've never experienced any of the problems you mention and have always received timely attention and care. I'll be 75 in a couple of month's, so I've been there, done that. I hope your problem gets taken care of soon.
