Prayers sent your way man.
Iam at the other end of a long recovery, this place has helped keep me my sanity. Do drop by an we'll try and get the brain working and the laugh meter pegging...I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
"Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
"more stuff than you are"
God Bless our Troups!

i went out to dinner with my brother and a group of friends, and 2 oh them had triple bypasses done and both said they felt much better after they got healed up some. They said the recovery wasnt a lot of fun, and they get you up and walking real soon, like in a day or two, and that's a bit painful, but would probably be worse if they let you lay around for a week then got you walkin. i been just a draggin around with no energy, thought it was my bad liver not getting the nutrients out if food, but know i know, what it is, and should feel like a new man once i get healed up. Thanks again for all well wishes and prayers. you are a damm fine bunch of people!Tom

Ski, my Uncle George who is 89 years old had the first quad bypass ever performed at the Cleveland Clinic. He is still living and out lived the Dr. who performed the bypass. Break a leg.

Sorry to hear that themanski. I had a quad in 2002 and have done fine since. The whole ordeal wasn't as bad as I expected. Take solace in the fact that the Drs. and hospitals are very good at preforming this procedure. Good luck and I hope you do well. Let us know.

What everybody else has said goes for me too.
I've been the cath route with my blockages, but got off with just 3 stents.

According to Obama, "They didn't build that business. Someone else did that." Case dismissed.
