Bawanna love that 1911. Wyntrout, how bright is the flashlight? My Streamlight is 130 lumens I believe. I find I use my light all the time.

300 Lumens. I can set the brightness with the bezel and turn it on and off with the end button... no need to cycle it every time:
http://www.amazon.com/PowerTac-Cadet.../dp/B006H5618C
I wanted TINY & POWERFUL... pocket or belt carry and the clip that lets you put it on the bill of your cap.
DANG! There's a similar one with 720 LUMENS! Though the "Lumens" are different. Evidently there's more than one standard for Lumens.
- EagleTac P20C2 MKII with the Cree XM-L LED Rated at an incredible 720 lumens with 524 OTF is powered by 2 common CR123A lithium batteries
- The updated P20C2 MKII Cree XM-L version has significant performance improvements. It offers an incredible 720 emitter lumens with 524 ANSI lumens
- The P20C2 Mark II offers a new UI (user interface) that is perfect for professionals and the general public

Is your barrel flush with the end of the holster. Wonder if you got a commander size in error. Although the barrel should just push through, they aren't closed up on the barrel end.Originally posted by knkali View PostI like the way your holster protects the trigger area more than mine. I still feel safe since I have the two safties though.

Great pics. Some of you are carrying a lot of weight. What I don't see in most pics is a good solid gun belt. Mine are double the thickness of any posted so far. A good gun belt will make your life a lot easier. All of these are a good 1/4" thick and worth every penny of their cost.

Mine don't look like much being probably 10 years old but it's a Mitch Rosen gun belt and still plenty stiff.
Your absolutely correct, a decent belt makes all the difference.
It's sometimes difficult to get people to understand that.
I've always preferred wearing a belt, just never like casual. When I hit the chair sweat pants became the order of the day for convenience and I still often resort to them in the evening after work etc but I'm trying to stick with regular grown up mens britches. At night I go for my knife for something and it's not there cause I don't got my belt, like rolling around nekkid.http://bawanna45.wix.com/bawannas-grip-emporium#!

New York reload Barth??
You'd need suspenders to keep your pants up...I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
"Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
"more stuff than you are"
God Bless our Troups!

Kahr Mk40 Elite,
S&W 640-1 357 or
