Is the five year warranty transferable or does it only apply to the original owner???Thanks!!!

There's kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" not-quite-a-policy with customer service... just give them the serial number and info/pix on any problems in an email. They will usually not ask about gun's past ownership. So don't say that you just bought one used, unless they bring the subject up. If it's a fairly new gun, or still under warranty, I think that they will take care of it. Getting a paid return to the factory is not always guaranteed, but it should be!
