Got the Dawson Precision Tritium front sight in the mail yesterday. Installation was a breeze. It was so easy that I thought I somehow jacked it up. Nothing ever seems to go as planned for me when it comes to repairing things or installing something. I feel much better about having a steel sight vs the plastic stock sight. Shows up really well in the dark. I think I'll get the 2 dot DP Tritium rear sight to match. However, I won't be installing that. I'll leave that one to the professionals. Overall really impressed with Dawson Precision.

Good for you!
By the way, because there is plenty of material to work with, if you have a good vise, the rear is not a big deal. Check out some of videos on YouTube and I'll bet you decide to give it a try yourself. But, you really do need a nice, stable vise.It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

All this cool talk and no link to their website???
Don't make us have to Google it...
http://www.dawsonprecision.com/I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
"Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
"more stuff than you are"

I didn't intend to high jack this thread...however, I will add Dave Dawson is a great source for information on the products he sells and in general small modifications such as sights and magazines on many platforms. In general a great guy to deal with. When I was just starting out in USPSA he gave me a great deal of guidance on magazine extensions and sights.
