        The IRS seized the monies in his account because they thought (right or wrong) that he misrepresented his income.

        The IRS doesn't care who put he money in the account. No VA checks were stolen. lol

        This story has absolutely nothing to do with VA.

          First, the IRS steals their disability benefits ... ...
          ... by 'encumbering' any/ALL funds deposited in their checking accounts.
          __________________________________________

          And then ~ AND THEN! ~ the VA takes away a Disabled Vet's right to own a firearm ... ...
          ... IF s/he's EVER requested assistance for a mental issue (PTSD, etc.)

          When in the is this bull-@#)% EVER going to stop? ... ...

              Amazing, isn't it? You even see them talking about how the IRS is the most powerful and feared agency and how awful it is that they are now the enforcers of Obamacare, especially since this scandal has shown how out of control they are. But nobody ever says the obvious: we should seriously be making plans to eliminate this Orwellian agency. We already have a brilliant and well researched plan ready to go that can do that: the Fair Tax. But these idiots just dismiss and demagogue it, talking about how they don't want another 23% tax on top of everything else and acting like they don't know that it replaces everything else. And they won't acknowledge how exceedingly wonderful it would be for every single citizen and business in the land to be free from that evil overlord.

                The IRS steals from me every payday. Then the gubment runs up my credit card and I'm not even getting anything for it.

                What's up with that?????????????
                The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
