    ...At what range would YOU try and shoot a Barrett M107 50cal offhand??


    One shot, offhand, 37lb rifle, 661grain projectile @ 2900fps, One hit on a steel IDPA size target.

      Reminds me of back in the day when "old tick licker" and I used to get together. Today I couldn't lift 35 pounds with Jocko's help. Youth is wasted on the young.

        At this point in time, for me to even think about lifting 37 pounds in one hand would probably split my sternum.
        On the internet, the number of posts do not correlate to actual knowledge.
        The notch is supposed to be there as well as the bulge at the front of the frame!
        You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws.

          Now that is one hell of a shot.
          To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

              Yuuup... prone for me shooting that gun. Of course I need some youngster to set the dang thing out for me... and pointing in the right direction.
