i don't think they should be required to have a license at all. how are they supposed to get ahead, and become productive members of society, if these road blocks keep presenting themselves? and the whole border thing is just nonsense. wasted manpower patrolling a line in the sand, which has become redundant and irrelevant. think of all the lives we'd save by eliminating the border? no more panga boats. no more border violence, human smuggling, ad nauseaum. what would we do with all the money (and lives) we'd save?Comment

We're supporting all those things you mention with tons of money and they apparently aren't doing diddly so if we just do away with the border I seriously doubt we'd save a dime.
