    Teacher slain by 14 year old.

    This one happened at night at school. Woman teacher, 14 year old boy.

                I see that photo and I see countless contemporaries of my own kids who went to college to be teachers and ended up in places where this animal and his like rule the roost.

                I fear for all the young, beautiful, naive idealistic kids who are so eager to "help the kids who have the least". There's no respect, acknowledgement of their humanity or anything else resembling acting like a decent human.

                I saw a kid who was in my troop on Saturday who's student teaching in Philadelphia. He's a really nice gentle kid in a total zoo. I fear for him.

                    Truly sickening. Will the most arrogant man in America make a speech for her? I will most probably fall out of my chair if he does. Hopefully the scum that killed her will get what he deserves in prison and I hope that it does not take long.

                            I think that enough of the facts are in on this one. Of course, he may have just brought the gun to school for show and tell, but I'm not giving him the benefit of the doubt. I don't think that he was a cop, T-man.

                              I never saw any mention of a gun. My guess is had a gun been involved that the headline wouldn't have used the word "Slain" and the story would have been filled with the typical catch words of the day.

                              Any other news accounts of this one?
