I have releated the stories here more than a few times, but... I have seen more accidents, from whatever cause, with Glocks, than any other pistol. And by that, I mean I have been first hand witness to them, not overheard about an incident.

But in this case, yup. Chamber WAS empty, until the slide was released. What a fukingmoron.
