This is now the fourth report of an M&P Shield 40 going KaBoom. This incident was with factory ammo.
Previous recent KaBoom was with Federal factory ammo.

Wow, funny that S&W would just blow it off like it wasn't anything to do with their guns. Especially since it's happened several other times and people were using different ammo, so it can't be blamed on the ammo. Just wait until someone gets seriously injured and a lawsuit falls in their lap, maybe at that point they'll address it.

I am shooting some of underwoods 155gr +P ammo in my kahr tp40. Hope I don't find its limits too.
