The Spray & Pray Shooting Academy. There was an incident very similar to this here locally several years ago. I don't remember the exact number of rounds fired, but it was a crazy number, with only 1 or 2 hits.

Some folks with the best training and the best scores during training fall completely to pieces in real life too.

Sounds like in this case and as muggsy so eloquently spoke, no hits were a good thing in this case.

They trained with the NYPD he, he, he 5 cops, 5 feet away and the most hits were ricocheted to civilians....
My other thoughts were the VC (men) the woman were very accurate.
