GEN 2 Premium - What is this exactly?

So, perusing the Kahr site I see a distinction between the "Premium" series and the "Value" series. There is also a video of Justin Moon shooting at 215 yards. It begins with a splash screen introducing the GEN 2 Premium. What exactly is this and is the gun he is shooting for sale? It is a custom modification? Is it being developed?

What constitutes a GEN 2 and what are the differences over previous models?
