I don't feel you must have a "need" to buy another gun. I feel that if you "want to" then you just go out and do it. Assuming that your wife said it's OK though . . .

I'll stay with the one I wanted last year (and several years before) a Coonan .357, 1911. Had the cash this year, but wound up with a very nice new driveway instead...

Oh well, Cheers to the new year!
I was once asked if I was "a paranoid for carrying my Kahr".
      "Nope" I said, "just prepared".
" prepared for what" he asked?
      "more stuff than you are"

I've been thinking of getting a couple suppressed. Haven't gone there on anything yet. So just beginning to toy with the idea of a customized Ruger 10-22 and a S&W M&P Compact .22 both with suppressors. Also think there might be an opening in my line up for a compact 9mm that is bigger than my PM9 but smaller than my Glock 23, so toying with the idea of an M&P 9c as I like the ergonomics of my larger M&P Pro CORE in .40.

And of course if a lotto win plopped in my wife's lap (I don't play any more) I will quickly look at a custom lightweight hunting rifle.

        Dream and wish on!
