I like those 3" SPs, and your panels look really nice.

I had an SP101 in .357 mag. It was a thumper.

Shooting it drove my thumbnail into the pad of my ring finger hard enough to incite a bone 'pearl' inside the finger. Had to have surgery to take it out.

So that one went to Gun Broker.

I liked it w/.38 special, but that .357 was too much for me...

according to the Colonel, he has advanced his abilities with the SP inserts dramatically in the last 3 years or so. I never felt like mine really need much improvement

Not sure we want to know what those "unpleasant environmental conditions" are.....

Picked it up today...............changed the hammer spring, to get a feel..............now time for a trigger job..........it feels good, but needs some smoothing out. I really like the fact that I can get 3 fingers on the gun comfortably. Cleaned it up. Hopefully I'll get a chance to shoot it, in the near future.

Have you all been conspiring with grab a gun against me? I got this in the mail today.

The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

That is a great price. I paid $464 for my wife's SP101 a few years ago and got a good price then! I think you should go for it.

That is a good looking gun! You are going to love it. Put some assembly paste in the internals and snap it around 200 to 250 times. You will be pleasantly surprised what happens. I need to do that to the Charter Arms .44 I just bought. You are going to love that gun!

oops! My "reply with quote" was on the wrong post. I meant to reply to berettabone's post showing his new acquisition. Sorry for the mix up. (it might have to do with age!)
