2 stolen flat screens, a safe, electronics- Maybe it's a nice house with a nice car parked out front. Neighborhood probably knows it's a woman that loves there, and she might be well off compared to the ghetto dwellers she lives near. Having nice things and some money shouldn't be cause to call a story about being a target of burglary weird.

That exactly. I had a lady who worked for me a couple of years ago who had nice things but her neighborhood was going to the hoods. She got a call from her home alarm company at least every other month that her alarm had been set off. Bricks through windows, tv stolen, you name it. She finally moved. She was targeted because they knew she had a job so she had stuff to steal.
