  • 11 new Rugers mistakenly delivered to New Jersey man's home

That looks like my Christmas wish list.

But too bad, Barnegat(e) isn't Mayberry, and that dummy is going to spend a few Christmases in da New Joisey joint for not reporting the gats.

I'm not familiar with NJ gun laws. Was he obligated to report the mistake of others?
Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you to own a gun.

Apparently so, but the charges against him look like they are based on some vague laws.

No matter - it's New Jersey and those prosecutors & LEOs are going to nail him regardless.

In NJ youre obligated to be an unarmed victim from everything I read on their gun laws. They basically dont want you to have anything.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

            Not far from me.
            Here's the rub
YES NJ requires a firearms ID Card
Then an application to purchase a handgun
            He had none of those
He's in Deep deep do-do for weapons charges in NJ- Class D Felony

Then he denied they were delivered and the UPS guy had a helper that put them there originally that told him to give it back. Again denied he had them.
