A while back, I had a post about a new Cook's kydex holster I purchased for my HK. I wasn't sure about kydex, but gave it a try. Well, it's worked out so well, that I purchased another one for my newly acquired M&P .40 compact. I have no steak on the fire with the company. For those of you who want a holster that goes on, comes off, and has some movement between pants loops, this is the one. I like the movement capability, for getting in the car, making certain movements etc. Clips on easily, clips off easily. Some would say that they don't want any movement in their holster. I can understand that. For those like me, who like a certain amount of movement, it's comfortable. Depending on the size of your waistline, it basically sits on my belt, putting it after the first loop, 2:00 to 4:00 o'clock. I use a Wilderness 5 Stitch belt for carry, and they work well together. I did months of research on kydex holsters, and everybody makes kydex IWB clip holsters, but not many make OWB clip holsters. With the adjustable tension screw, setting the tension is easy. I like mine set light, and even when tight, it still comes out nice and clean. It has that nice click sound when you holster, and yes, I set it light, and turned it upside down, and my firearm stayed put. You can also get about 0 to 15% camber with the screw adjustments. They also work with pretty much any sights, because leaving a sight channel is standard. Received the first holster in 2 weeks, the second one in 3 weeks. The first holster needed a bit of custom work, because of non stock parts, but came sooner........go figure. They are very communicative, and let you know lead times, and alert you when shipped. Both times, the lead times were met, to the day I was quoted. Plenty of parts, colors, kydex thickness, etc. If your looking for one of the easier holsters to use................................

Ive looked at those a couple of times. Nice. The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

They are very nice there also. Fortunately, I live only 30 minutes away. I went there to see their holsters in person because I like to touch, taste, feel things I am considering buying. Bob Cook personally gave me a tour. That wouldn't happen at most companies.Women call it "the silent treatment", and they think we don't like it.
