Does security make you feel secure?

Goes in the top of my boot. If it is a metal detector pass thru I produce my hip implant card and waltz right through. Somehow I have yet to ever read the part where it says "no weapons allowed". Bad eyesight can be a good thing.

That's sort of a semi bonus with a wheelchair too. Usually they detour around and they don't seem to want to go through bags etc. Often times they will seek out wheelchairs waiting in line outside and take them to the front of the line which is quite nice.

Ditto on my wife's wheelchair. She can't wheel so I push her around and they almost always have me park her to the side and never look her over. I have to go do the check but she's good. Of course all they have to do is look at her and see how sweet she is and wouldn't hurt a fly. They look at me and probably think check him twice.

I have to figure if the security looks like they should be pushing a cart at Walmart they don't have my best interests at in their minds so I just ignore those no weapons signs and go about my business and nobody seems to notice...If somebody says something then I will gladly take my money and go somewhere else....God gives us only one one chance in this world so at my age I'm starting to be a lot more careful about my last bit of time on this earth.....
