  • Sweet New / Old ride for bawanna

Me old power chair died a painful death a couple weeks ago. Two weeks of remembering all the things I can't do in a manual chair. I feared the worst, would have to deal with Labor insurance, get prescriptions, deal with poor and few and far between providers and be without for months.

Well no more. I got extremely lucky and found this gem, exactly like my old chair except hardly used at all. Mint, like brand new. Cash, no state, no insurance, no dealers.
And the best part, instead of 2500 or 3000 bucks, 340 in cash and half a tank of gas in the van put this baby in my garage!

    The new ride.

And it's predecessor who I will be trying to bring back to life. As a backup or perhaps a chair for the dirt so I don't mess up the shiny new wheels. They don't make them like they used to. We live in an age of junk.

I'm just tickled. More valuable than a car to me. I can drink and travel at the same time. Carry stuff without dropping 6 times between point A and B.

I can push unbelievable amounts of stuff, just have to be careful to keep the toes out of harms way, broke them a few times in my carelessness.

    I'm one happy camper.

Damn, forgot about HarryLee. Perhaps a Harley Motor with a removable snow plow, tracks and maybe even a mower attachment.

That's next on the list, a riding mower. This would kill two birds with one stone as it were.

The old one I'd throw the tupperware out in the driveway and spray paint away. It's been many colors.

I wish it was blue as the firemen give me crap about being fire man red but I don't see them a whole lot lately so I'll be ok.

I'm seriously thinking of just running my old chair tupperware for working, and save the shiny red for Sunday go to meetin and such.

BINGO! I'm seeing Harrylee incorporate a snow blower/ tiller for a garden, and gun turret where the empty brass is caught, cleaned, reloaded, and fed back into the gun. All you need to do is pull the trigger.

Congrats on the fine new ride by the way.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

                              Colonel,
The arm angles are adjustable with a bolt under the arm rest.
The 1120 was aka the "Curb Climber" at one time I was selling 125 of these a month!
They were as we discussed the best Jazzy EVER made Shortly thereafter Medicarel slashed the reimbursements and the Pride Mobility company did likewise to the quality...Currently to get approval for one today is damn near impossible and VERY few dealers will accept anything less than CASH.
I'm glad you found this one. I strongly suggest you continue to keep your eyes open for another as they are getting rarer than a colt python unfired.
