    Miracle baby#2 - New granddaughter!

    I just wanted to post a few pix of my newest granddaughter... Cadence Denise, born today at 11:58 AM CDT in Carbondale, IL. Weighing in at 8.06 lbs. Her older sister's 4th birthday was two days ago. I was kind of hoping for Cadence and Cayla to share the same birthday, but close enough!

                  Congratulations on number two. The best part of life is grandkids. We are blessed with three little ones. Now, get off the computer and start spoiling them.
                  Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

                    Thanks. Mom comes home from the hospital today and we"re looking forward to getting together.

                    Cayla is a little shy with me the first day or so with once a year visits, but she warmed up to me while playing in the schoolyard playground. She's already spoiled by her parents, but who can resist such a sweet, pretty young lady!

                        No, I'll leave that to her Dad. I did help her with the Nerf pistol last night. She did say not to shoot people with it. So, she's learning something!

                          My granddaughter is a bit shy with me and I see her several times a week. But not Grandma. My daughter says she thinks she'd rather live with grandma than with them. They get along nice. She warms up to me but takes a bit and sometimes bribery.

                          Enjoy them all you can, I dig grand kids.
