Oh my..... that’s all I can say.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Red neck engineering at its finest!

And I can say that because I am a red neck.

Well, if it's your gun and it works fer you,....

Read the article and..... That Mosin Nagant bolt mod seems to fit in that category...ugly but functional. Second thought be...I take some issue with author's condescending attitude toward spray painting guns. Done this a few times myself with great, long lasting results. Albeit the "spray paint" I used was Brownell's...bake on finish.

Looks like he even rounded off the hex on that bolt handle, that's quality right there.

                Probably charged extra.

Sorry, for any misspellings, but it's hard to see through teary eyes after such a good laugh.

I gotta admire your attention to detail though!!

Looks like a prop from a Mad Max movie. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, but who would have to do THAT in this day and age?

Not a "have to" thing. More like a matter of independence, and pride in being able to DIY.

I take some amount of pride in doing things myself. And a little more when they don't turn out looking like that. Of course if I were to try and weld a scope mount to my receiver it would probably look just about like that. Or possibly worse.

I consider 90% of my firearms "tools", I don't get upset about minor dings and scratches, But this is too much!!!!
I wouldn't show up at a range with that gun unless I had a bag over my head!!

Your brilliant Itxi, why didn't I think of that when driving my Ford van. Went through paper sacks like no tomorrow, a ski mask would last a long time.

Even get different colors, just remember to take it off when you go to the bank.

Plus the eye holes are pre-cut! Particularly important/useful if you're both forgetful and driving.
