70 yrs old here. You guys shame me. I just sold mine a week ago because I don't trust my knees after surgery and one shoulder replacement. I's been all the way from SW Canada down through all the west / mid west states. All except Canada with either a K9 or PM9 along for the ride.

Nice looking ride you had there. jg rider. Riding to age 70 is a pretty good run. I'm in great health and don't plan on stopping any time soon but if it ended tomorrow I wouldn't be happy about it, but man I've done more, and been more places then I ever thought I would on my three Harley's.
Better to have ridden and stop, then to never have ridden at all.

      • I carry the CM9, and love it. I'm interested in the up coming CM45. Wonder how it will differ from the CW45.

              • Yep, nice coating on that slide.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

                  • A modification for my K9 added the CT grips. A good gun just got better. Also fitted it later with metal baseplates.

. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

those ct's on ur K9, they take up no real room and never seein one, my question: is the ct grips some sortof rubber or are they a hard plastic..

Jocko, they are some sort of hard plastic. They have good checkering for a firm grip and they do not interfere with holstering. Great addition.

                            • Ormati,

I had the pleasure of helping to break in a Caracal C. Incredible! Recoil like a 22! Great trigger! Tack driver!

But then the recalls, the long delays processing them and the continuing unavailability of the guns. What is the current status? When are they going to be selling guns again?
                              Very interesting...

                              • The Caracal is awesome. I didn't return mine for the recall. My only problem with Caracal is having to wait until 2014 for the subcompact 9mm. I think they have big plans (and deep pockets) so they erred way on the side of caution with the 1st recall. I'd also say there's a difference between a truly long delay and people whining about long delays. I'm no shill, just a fan, but Caracal looks like a very smart company. We'll see over the coming years....
