That should work. By the time it is an issue you almost certainly will already know how they feel, in the meantime . . . "concealed means concealed" and "debits on the left, credits on the right". I am confident you will "knock one out of the park" the first time at bat.
It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.

I'd carry as you normally do. Concealed is concealed and play the ask me no questions, I'll tell you no lies game. I'd be deeply surprised being as it sounds like a relatively small company if they have an issue with it.

Another short story in the life of bawanna. Many moons ago I got a new job as a construction forman doing light commercial stuff. I had a special bag on the back of my nail belt specifically for my 1911 with a velcroed flap to keep most of the sawdust off of it.
The company owner somehow heard that I carried a gun and asked a friend of mine who was higher than me in the company in for a meeting. Asked if I carried a gun, he said all the time. Asked if I'd shoot anybody, his reply was only if they sorely needed to be shot.
He then called me into his ofice for a meeting and brought it up, I asked if he had an issue with it, he kind of stuttered and said not at all. I told him I might not be completely sane but I wouldn't shoot nobody that didn't need it and offered to leave it in the truck if he preferred. He was cool with it.

Remind me to tell you about the laborer who tried to do the China Wind Gate on me on a jobsite. I still laugh about that one.

We now return you to our normally scheduled Melissa got a new job and maybe 2 new jobs thread.

I know your gonna ace both these jobs Melissa. All jobs suck, I just hope these jobs don't suck as much as most others.

        Congrats Melissa!
Some small business's are kind of unique when it comes to carry. A few years back a small business I frequented posted no CCW signs...
So I confronted the owner and told him if that was the policy I'd go elsewhere.
He told me his insurance company required the sign but he was perfectly ok with CCW in his store! He must have changed insurance companies later because his signs are gone now.

Unfortunately for me, I work for a mega-corp that disallows it and I drive a company owned vehicle so I'm unarmed much of almost every day....
In fact they prohibit anything gun related so if I spot a good deal on ammo when browsing, lets say at lunch, I can't even buy it and transport it since I'd be in the company car..
