not sure my son today could even go through what I went through, nor could I have went through what my folks went through during the depression. Squirrels and rabbits were the sportsmans food back then, now it is deer, deer deer, very few around here even hunt squirrels. We used to cut school on the opening day of squirrel season. It was just a ritual. almost like taking a fresh cr-p every morning, just something that u knew you were going to do Maybe a poor analogy but that was the best I could think of as I am watching my Bears get beat (again)..
