How long for free mag

Hey this aint so bad; several years ago when I bought a new Taurus that had a similar promotion......after 3 months I started calling Taurus to ask about it and when I finally got someone that could speak better english, that person sent me a MAGAZINE ABOUT TAURUS! I gave up and never got it.

I submitted my rebate through email on a monday, got an email back that afternoon saying it would be shipped out, and had my free magazine on thursday. sooooo, 3 days.

Did you previously send the form by regular mail? Seems like those are not getting filled, as in mine. Did Karh request you re-apply by email? Or was your request a new one to submit?

Took a different route and faxed mine in this past Thursday. Haven't seen a response yet

I shot Kahr an email last week (I sent in my warranty card and request about 6 weeks ago). A rep replied and asked for the gun S/N and address verification...beyond that nothing else to report.

I think Kahr should start a dredging process in Indiana rivers for extra magazines. Man that was a long cruise, where in the world is he? Did our favorite jocko perchance make a run at being the new prime minister of Italy? If so will he have as much fun as Berlusconi?

The myth of the six week wait.

Got an email today from kahr saying about 6 weeks.

Ahhhh, the myth of the six week wait. I sent for mine on 9/27/11 and still haven't received it. I decided not to shave until I get it. I just hope that I don't trip on my beard before it arrives. C'mon Kahr people. Get hot.

Same here, sent for it on 10/01 still nothing.
Probably going to cost them a sale on a CW45.
Still love my CM9 but wondering about customer support.
Feel like they should send me two mags for dropping the ball.

No, and I would not expect them too. However, I faxed my form and receipts in on Oct 6, and cordially requested on the fax cover sheet that they confirm receipt by calling my toll free number. All I expected was a 'we got it'. But no call....maybe they didn't.

So I sent the paperwork in again by mail last Sat, Nov 12, and I'm going to call about it if no mag by Dec, 9 and if necessary follow up with the paperwork again with a delivery confirmation with signature request. I want to know for sure that they got the paperwork before I start bitching about not receiving the mag, and that maybe there isn't some internal problem going on

...and you won't. No company responds to requests for free stuff..that costs time and money. It just shows in it's own sweet time. I faxed my stuff in Oct 6 and haven't heard a thing back.

I sent an email to Nathan Arsenault to see if I could get a 6 rd instead of the 7 rd and he replied that due to the large demand, their magazine supplier is currently shipping them direct to the customer. It looks like I'll get a 7rd some time. He didn't give any idea about how long it would take.
