+1! Well said by all! I am thankful for this nation which has been an overflowing cornucopia of God's blessings to its citizens and the world since its founding. A land of milk and honey much grander than the one given to the Israelites. God, have mercy on us and give us godly leaders to restore honor and blessing to this land.
    Very interesting...

Same from me! I spend a lot of time here and call you my friends. I'm thankful for all my family who bring me a lot of joy. I'm also thankful for the time I've had with those who have gone and those in that awful time of leaving.

Thanks for reminding us Jocko. I, too, have been blessed and wish the best for all our service personnel where ever they may be.

My only regret this Thanksgiving is that Vickie's out of town and evidently no one else knows, so I'm spending the holiday with my cat and my computer.

BTW Avenger, my shopping's all done too, so now all I have to do is wrap...Ugggg!

Jocko, thanks for beating me to the starting of this thread of thanks! With all the whining and complaining that we dish out each day (many times on this forum), it's high time we hit the pause button and gave our thanks during this special season. Here's a few true blessings I am thankful for:

            1. My salvation through Jesus Christ
            2. My beautiful wife of 27 years and my two fantastic kids
            3. My health, my job, my warm house on a cold day, Dish Network....
            4. My good friend who gave me a Kahr PM9 (this started the Kahr ball to rolling)
            5. Bawanna and Company (that's ALL of you) here on Kahrtalk, my newest "family"
            6. America, to call my own
            7. The hope for some great deals from Kahr on Black Friday
            8. Someone like the great Dietrich to continually pray for as God heals him in His time

May each of you recognize and enjoy the many blessings that surround you every day, and give thanks to our God above for His goodness and mercy.
God is good, ALL the time!

                I am thankful for:
                My wife
                My children
                My grandchildren
We are all healthy and employed
My job (even though at times I hate it)
My memories of great times in the past
I am thankful for the ability to purchase toys to keep myself amused- Harley, woodshop, my gun collection.
I am thankful for the right to keep and bear arms so that I may protect myself and my family.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

See above. Thanks for sharing your blessings everyone. And sierrajb, put me down for all except no kids yet, haven't been blessed with 27 years yet with my wonderful wife, and I wish I had a friend who gifted me a PM9! Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving today full of blessings - we have much to be thankful to God for!

We have a great country and are a blessed nation which I am thankful for along with everything else that others have mentioned.

Also Detrich if you're reading have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving and your family also.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Want to see what will be the end of our country as we know it???
