      That's Funny

I always knew you were a genus.

Also I did Spell genus correctly.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I bind books and stitch pamphlets in a Christian publishing ministry. Before that I was a copier service technician.

I had trouble thinking of what occupation to check. As a teenager, I worked as an inspection mechanic to help pay my way through college. I taught for 30 plus years in public school and 20 years part time at a university.

I also worked many part time jobs, so the wife could stay home with the kids. I worked mostly sales. For 15 years I worked part time at a gun store. I may have spent more money working there than I earned. I however got some great deals.

After retiring form teaching I worked for a company - DDI. I did a lot of traveling for them. We did work for all the auto manufacturers, major banks, pharmaceutical companies, the federal government (USPS & CIA), and the UN.

My last job was working for a two county blind association. I found this really rewarding. Pay wasn't great for the hours I put in, but I got great satisfaction helping blind people. I found this job hard to leave when I moved to NC.

Bawanna, apparently you misread the paper from the witch-burning days, that was Salem, Mass, not Winston-Salem, NC. I guess when you have that much current events to keep in your head, it's difficult to keep them all straight.

I reckon so. Least ways I had the Salem part right. Didn't know there was more than one. Limited storage capacity ya know?

                              Don't know how to vote!!

Which time retiring do I count?

When I first retired in '98 or when I got laid off and couldn't find work or now that I'm working for less than ¼ of what I used to earn and waiting for my wife to retire?
