  • New Kahr Owner from KY

Figured I should post here to do it right. Long-time lurker, now a K9 '03 Elite owner. Merry Christmas to me from my wife. I'll be doing the prep soon and am sure to post range results. Thanks in advance for a great forum and support.

Hello, NoBite, and welcome from Missouri to a really great forum. Good people and info here! I also have a K9 - mine is a used one, but in super shape (single owner). Absolutely love this handgun.

And, best wishes for a safe, prosperous New Year to you and yours.

Welcome NoBite and that's a fine firearm you got there. You should marry that woman ... Wait, you already did!

You guys are too funny. Been coming here as a lurker for some time. Now that I am a bonafide Kahr owner, thanks for the welcome. Life is good. Now if Illinois will just write and pass a reasonable CCW law so I can travel north safely and legally, 2013 will be a breakthrough year!

From your fingertips to God's ear. I'm sick of avoiding that state!

I have relatives in IL and we ride horses in southern IL a lot. I can tell you that the folks living in the southern part of the state are good, freedom-loving folks. They are sick and tired of Cook County calling the shots. I grew up in central IL and didn't realize how sweet freedom tasted until we moved to KY.

Greetings from central KY. I'm rather new here myself and I purchased my first Kahr (an MK9 elite '03) in November. Unfortunately, I just shipped this pistol back to Kahr today due to a small crack I discovered in the frame.

Another greetings from central Kentucky. You will not be disappointed with your Kahr pistol. They are great firearms. I own two and am thinking of getting a third. Happy new year with your new Kahr!

Thanks, guys. I enjoy just sitting around and racking the slide. I know, strange.
