That notch in the rail is supposed to be there

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."

Hello, GangPlank, and welcome from Missouri to a really great forum. Good people and info here!

And, best wishes for a safe, prosperous New Year to you and yours.

Have a young'un at work that says "cool beans" all the time, but she's not from CA, although she does drink coffee.....

So someone here mentioned that Gangplank is the name of a character. I did a quick search and found it is a character on League of Legends video game. I never heard of it until now. For me Gangplank was the name of a snowboard company I started back in 1995-96. My last name is Gang so Gangplank... get it?

Anyway, now I have an avatar quandry. Should i stick with the current one Shotgun Jesus?

Or go with this one which is the Gangplank character?

There are others of the Gangplank character as well:

                    and

I think I still like Shotgun Jesus

                    Or there is this one

Hello to all.... another new owner (cw9) to this forum. I applaud you for an incredible site... and to all of the quality posts I see "stickied". While I am not new to firearms.... 100% disabled Gulf war vet, former police officer, certified Glock armorer, etc.. I am smart enough to know I do not know it all and look forward to learning much more about Kahr handguns. I also hope to have an opportunity to lend some of my knowledge in the future. I am struggling to find out how to add my avatar tho. I have signed out, signed in, etc a few times and can't seem to get a link to upload.... Any ideas of what I am doing wrong? Thanks for the help and again, thanks for a great website.
