seems I can not upload an avatar or configure signatures for messages. How can I get these done. My options setting do not offer these

After 30 posts you will be able to upload an avatar and signature. The reason is to cut down on spammers. Hope this helps.The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory. -
