Greg would probably be the expert on that. He changed calibers on one once that I recall. But he's a pioneer. You gotta change pretty much the whole upper and it's more trouble than it's worth IMHO. Just keep buying more Kahrs and that should do ya good. A PM9 barrel and/or slide would probably fit. The only thing that would get you is the polygonal rifling though. I suspect you want to switch hole sizes...Aftermarket accessories for Kahr Pistols at https://lakelinellc.com/

I don't know I've just put the g26 in the safe & stated to wear this ..... & was think'n about tinkering with her ..... Kinda want a black slide so I thought just get a PM9 .....in Black?Comment
