  • New PM9 Failure to Feed first round in magazine after 100 rounds

So, I have a brand-new PM9 and the first 100 rounds fed fine from both the 6 and 7 round magazines. I know that the break-in is approx. 200 rounds but why would the first 100 feed fine (from both mags.) and then start to "nose down" the first round on a full mag? Could it be not enough lubrication or a dirty or improperly polished "ramp"?

Ammunition used? Mag springs in the correct way? Using the slide release? Welcome BTW............................................... ................

Did you clean and lube it? That can cause issues. Welcome to the forum.

Did it happen with both mags or just one? Weak grip after 100 rounds?

I'd check for a mag problem. Spring reversed, dirt, follower cracked, something like that. You shouldn't be having a problem with a pm9 like that.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
