Love my CM9! Filled out the online free magazine promotion form and less than 7 hours later I received an email notification of the USPS tracking number and shipping confirmation! Thrilled! If this is any hint of how my customer service is going to be then I will continue to buy Kahr products and recommend them to my friends and family.

Welcome to the forum. If you have a CM9 the only customer service you will likely need is ordering more stuff. Its a fine pistol.The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
