Brownell's has quite a few instructional videos. The last one they advertised was removing a dent from a shotgun barrel. They have them on refinishing/repairing stocks, glass bedding the barrel, all kinds of good stuff.Tom

Despite owning the Ed Brown CD-Rom and hard copy booklet, this is easily the most complete and useful guide to 1911 maintenance I have ever seen.

45's are slow by design. You can see them coming, just can't get out of the way....LOL...
Really wouldn't want to get shot by any caliber but I would surely not want it to be a 45and that's for sure and for certain. So I guess I would have to disagree here on this one with Old JOCKO....the 45 doesn't need to be fast to get the job done. Slow, large diameter and heavy of caliber gets the job done and is a more efficient and reliable stopper. That's why the army and special forces & Navy Seals are returning to it once again...just Fokking works to quote JOCKO. LOLComment
