Here's what's strange. I lived in NE New Jersey for a very short while and let me tell you there are idiot racist rednecks there even though they won't admit it and they said I was the stupid one.

Last note, you're welcome so come on down. If I remember right you like to deer hunt and you can bring your grandkids and they can talk about it a school too but the teacher is gonna want some deer sausage instead of an apple. Oh, and just pass a background check and you get your carry permit in 15 minutes or less.

Yea...I lived in FL for 10 yrs. You are correct, in that there is a little of that generalizing about other parts of the country, in every part of the country. Probably true about people all over the world. It seems kind of silly to me. There are good and bad people every where, just as there is good and bad in all of us.

LOL. Was never a personal issue. Just typical forum dialog. What forums are about.

It's the same here in Washington. Olympia, Seattle and King county determine what's right for the whole state due to high idiot population density. Most of the intelligent folks (Alfonse comes to mind a tiny bit) live on the east side of the mountains.

It's like a separate country over there. Better weather, better people, better everything but they have no say cause they don't live on top of each other.

Your right there are good and bad everywhere, but it seems where you have high density a special kind of stupid seems to always prevail.

I dread going to Seattle, I really do, everybody knows that. I wouldn't go to NY city proper if they had a check for a million bucks waiting for me. I'd surely appreciate it if they'd mail it to me though.

I grew up on Long Island, NY as a kid. Then I got smart and went to college in Florida way south of the Mason Dixon and never looked back.
I even haven't been back to visit family for almost 25 years now and proud to say so! Just the thought of having to go up there gives me hives......
