I went out on a local quest to find a lighter pocket gun than my MK40 with the CM9 in mind. Well there was none to be found but this temptress winked at me and it was all over I had to take it home. It is a Kimber micro STS in 380 ACP,I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but I'm planning a trip out tomorrow and I will update and let ya'll know if I screwed up or not

I didn't know Kimber made one either until I saw this one in my opinion it is an improved Colt Mustang Pocketlite. My shooting buddy has one and I shot his Colt and its a good pistol but the Micro Kimber has better sights and a better beavertail ,the fit and finish is typical Kimber Smoooth .My only ***** about it is Kimbers only come with one mag where the Colt is shipped with two.


Oh and I'll get to work on those "Hell Yeahs"

Here is a mini range report for my Kimber Micro 380. The range was 15 yards offhand and the ammo was aguilla 95gr. fmj and PMC95 gr. fmj The first target has over 100 rounds through it firing as soon as the sights came back down . There was no malfunctions until about 150 rounds and there was 3 failures to eject, I took the pistol apart and cleaned the extractor and frame rails , relubed the frame rails and continued shooting for another 75 rounds with no further issues other than the flyers which is all my fault. I really like the way this little pistol shoots and at 14 ounces it disappears in the pocket . I need more ammo

Whatever ammo that was you were using dont use it for SD. It dosent even look like it dinged your cabinet doors.

Good eye. I didn't even notice that. Definitely underpowered. One more reason, make mine a 45.

Probably still won't hurt oak but it dings pine really good.

I knew as soon as I taped those targets on the cabinet doors and took the pic over my reloading bench That I screwed up I forgot to take the camera with me when I went out shooting today my bad.
