Worked it out and brought it home today, it is now wearing Crimson Trace grips, so it's not quite as pretty.

Made it to the range today with it and it started having FTFs right off. I checked and it was dry as dust, no lube at all. Thankfully I had some Militech with me, and a few drops and it was running like it should. Major DUHs on both the previous owner and ME [for not checking]. Accurate little bugger and I will have to get used to the laser dot.
