Govt Radio Ads

Have anyone noticed all the radio ads from the various govt depts for stupid crap like car seat safety, food safety, etc that are being played repeatedly on radio stations. The ads all end with the statement " paid for by the ___ dept and the Ad Counsel"

I know thet cost is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, but it gets my goat when they can't afford to open the WH to tours but pay for crap like that.

What kind of light bulbs, cars, paint etc.you can use!
Still free to select what kind of toilet paper to use, however.... for now!
