Pepper your day to day conversations with comments about blowing things up, and committing terrorist attacks. I wonder what would happen if people started doing this.

Well, I think I'd wait until a bunch of folks were doing it, I sure wouldn't want to be in a small group of people doing it, they might take it seriously.
Also, I wonder if it would have any impact on finding REAL terrorist threats, I kind of doubt it, I think they mostly use those cheap throw away pre-paid cell phones for serious criminal activity.
