I'll expound on Third Worlding, but it's way off the track of the thread. And there's nothing racist about it, dunno why that's even brought up, but oh well.

They pick and choose what laws they'll enforce (not unlike King George did to the Colonies, as mentioned in the D of I's grievance list). They bully the opposition into silence. Their war on industry and capitalism is aimed at making our country as crappy economically as El Salvador or Bangladesh, in the name of fairness. And in those 3rd World countries, politics determines many courtroom outcomes, like the Z case here.

Reading this post I don't think it is muzzies we have to worry about. For the last 30 or so years our colleges have been extruding lawyers at an alarming rate. Our government is full of them that failed at their careers so became politicians. There is one on every street corner. There is a terrible imbalance - we have more lawyers than ambulances. They have to have something to do don't they?

It's difficult not to bring race into it, when perceived racism is the whole engine behind this show trial. But we're not ordinary people, we can rise above that. Facebook is full of libs popping off about the trial, like they were all there and saw what happened. They all have Z painted as guilty. NBC did a great job with their biased reporting ad doctored 911 tape. I think they pretty much would have lynched him given the chance. And I'm not talking minorities, just your east coast lib types that know what's best for everyone else. Obamabots and the like.
Then I see the DOJ has sent people down to stir up things, which really upsets me. They should be trying to see that Justice prevails, not out urging people to protest or riot, and you and me are paying for it. I don't see how Z is getting anything close to a fair trial, when everyone from the President on down has been against him.
Then they add lesser charges at the last minute, what kind of crap is that? Sure doesn't seem legal for them to do things like that, and spring it on the defense during closing arguments. Sounds like they are telling the jury that they've got to find Z guilty of SOMETHING.

After seeing the video that you linked to info wars, your post about politics determining courtroom outcomes was pertinent. When the other attorney asked under his breath, "what is going on?", it was clear that the judges behavior was not normal.

The police weren't even going to arrest anyone. Then the DOJ gets involved. The DOJ? The supreme gun grabbers? Hmmm. This isn't set up to scare us is it? Maybe we'll all turn our guns in before this happens to us?

Maybe the Judge is leaving ample opportunity for Z to appeal, in case he does get convicted. She is probably getting pressure from outside sources to get a conviction, so she is purposely leaving ample grounds for appeal. Stranger things have happened.
