Scary: Potus can become dictator via Executive Order

According to Downtrend.Com which I have not ecountered before,
Congress at some point in time, gave the President the power to become a dictator, dissolve congress, and a slew of other powers, just by signing an Executive Order. All he has to do is to "perceive" a crisis is bad enough to warrant his action. There will be no elections, no representation, only the President/Dictator. Maybe this is covered under declaring "Martial Law".

If any president has had the temptation to do this, I would say the current occupant of the White House would be the one that would actually do such a thing. It's basically what he wants anyway. It's possible that by signing the UN Small arms treaty, and more of his gun grabbing shenanigans is going to cause the people to start reacting, and this could be the perceived threat he needs to become our dictator.
One sight says he has over 20 new Executive Order gun regulations that he hasn't signed yet, but is using to threaten congress that they had better pass something soon or else he will act without them.
Once he declares himself dictator, there is nothing that Congress, or the Supreme Court can do to remove him from office. We can only hope the Military will step in and not allow this to happen. Obama is already purging the higher ranks of those officers that will not swear allegiance to HIM over the Constitution.
Any wonder why the DHS is stocking up on bullets?

That and Martial law "just happens" to be needed ramping up to the election so the elections get cancelled.

Like I said I'd never heard of that website, have no idea whether it is reputable or not. I thought maybe it had something to do with Obama declaring Martial Law.
Considering some of the other Executive Orders he's issued in the past, it wouldn't surprise me if he tried to declare Martial Law, or dissolve Congress, whether he had the right too or not. This man does not play by the rules, rather bends them or goes around them as he sees fit.
