According to Colorado Governor John Looper, Backwards Thinking is the problem with Gun Owners, and those who live in rural locations.

Gov. John Hickenlooper also has gone on record as expressing disdain for rural Coloradans in his state. During his 2010 campaign for governor against WND columnist and former congressman Tom Tancredo, he accused rural citizens of having “backwards thinking” when it comes to traditional values.

“I think a couple things, I mean, you know, the tragic death of Matthew Shepard occurred in Wyoming. Colorado and Wyoming are very similar,” Hickenlooper said. “We have some of the same, you know, backwards thinking in the kind of rural Western areas you see in, you know, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico… at the same time, Denver has, I think, one of the more robust, politically active gay and lesbian, bisexual and transgendered communities, really, in the United States.”
After this year’s attacks on constitutional rights and rural lifestyles, Hickenlooper essentially said rural residents just need to get over it and change their lifestyle.

So I guess we are backwards, for not accepting the homosexual lifestyle, and wanting our guns to have standard capacity magazines. He's another "tolerant" lefty, who thinks we are backwards for not agreeing with him. Funny that in these backwards areas, they don't have mass shootings, and blacks rampaging on whites "for Trayvon". I suppose we all need to go live in Detroit, and become enlightened to the ways of the left. I myself could careless about who marries who, who is sleeping with who and who has what between their legs. What I dislike is another person telling another person how to live.

You don't like them taking your rights away and they don't like that you wont allow them to have rights. So what gives?

My theory is we all need to stop giving a flying fk what other people do.

We're heading for the end like a runaway freight train when we ignore morals, right and wrong and our moral compasses are tossed out the window.

When we take wrong, try to ignore it and play the live and left live game beyond a reasonable point, we're only adding to the problem.
I do have to wonder about all the multitudes of well know people who are suddenly coming out! It's like they are bragging to be fruitcakes and rubbing our noses in the fact that they can do whatever they want.

I think a lot of our politicians are products of interbreeding, or who knows what, obviously many have defective minds, no common sense and zero logic but I'm a proud backwards thinker myself.

Sadly the Front Range area of CO is where the liberals live and unfortunately they are able to get out the vote. The further west you go t it rapidly gets very conservative. Sadly there is not enough non non-Front Rangers to take the state back right now.

All you have to do is take a look at Rome during it's decline. They had about the same political and moral views as our current politicians, in regard to lack of morality, and celebrating the homosexual lifestyle, and the general wussification of the citizens. I look around and see the same things happening today.
They became easy pickings for the lean mean armies of the north, many who had served as mercenaries for Rome.
Our children are taught that if it feels good do it, that homosexuality is normal and good. That guns are evil and bad, that the founding fathers were a bunch of rich slave owning elitists, and all kinds of crap. They can probably discuss Rosa Parks life in detail with you, but have no idea who Robert E. Lee was.
All one has to do is read communist literature to see how well they have succeeded with their plans. Infiltrate the school system and remove any traces of morality, infiltrate the government, under the title of Progressives, and luckily they haven't reached the final goal, which is to disarm the citizens.
