Black thug, whines, begs, after assaulting CC holder

A young black thug was apparently trying to use a stun gun on an armed white CC permit holder. The stun gun didn't go off, but the man's gun did, as he shot the thug in the butt. The thug limped over and sat down, and begged for the man not to kill him, “‘I’m sorry, please don’t kill me, I don’t know why I did that, I’m high you know, I just wanna go home,’” the teen told the man who had just shot him.
I wonder how much mercy he would have shown if things hadn't turned out the way they did.

I posted this on another sub forum. I think the ccw guy is in for it and the taser guy will get a spanking only. Since the taser did not fire, and the guy was shot in the ***, the ccw will have to justify why he shot someone in the back(side)(sic). I think he will be charged with attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon or ??

Michigan has a "fleeing felon" law: "The use of deadly force to prevent the escape of a fleeing felon is justifiable where the following three circumstances are present: (1) the evidence must show that a felony actually occurred, (2) the fleeing suspect against whom force was used must be the person who committed the felony, and (3) the use of deadly force must have been "necessary" to ensure the apprehension of the felon. People v Hampton, 194 Mich App 593, 596-597; 487 NW2d 843 (1992)," quoted in the appeals court case Michigan v Nekeal Jones.

The young thug carried out his attack with an illegally owned/carried taser (MI requires a CPL in order to legally own/carry a taser) - a two year felony all by itself. The person who pulled the trigger was the victim of the felony, the person he shot was the felon. The shot was fired in order to assure the capture of the fleeing felon.

In Michigan it's not illegal to shoot a fleeing felon in order to retain him for the LEO's. Furthermore, he wasn't running yet, only turned around, further furthermore, they already gave the guy his gun back

Thats like saying... the 45 auto didn't fire, when the bg pointed it at your head. The expectation that it might be made to fire is good enough. That the bg had his back turned fully or partially, is also immaterial, as he could have been trying to correct the malfunction, retreiving another weapon, etc.

I know it's a small percentage of blacks that are doing this, but if it's not exposed, it's not going to be stopped. People need to be aware these things are going on, and be prepared to deal with it.

Sorry, I am not saying that the fact the stun gun did not go off therefore he had no right to pull on the guy. However, the fact that he did not tase him means the BG cannot be charged for doing so. The fact that I point my Kimber ss .45 TLEII with bawanna grips to your head and it going off is a huge difference than if it did not. Like assault with a deadly weapon is to a murder charge. You cannot put a person on trial for murder if the victim is still alive. So all I am saying is the BG is not going to be punished for a tasing that never happened no matter how bad the BG wanted it to happen.

Yeah and there are a lot of black on black crimes, and white on white crimes going on. Shockingly I even know of a few white on black armed robberies that have occurred! Now I know that it is surprising that it happened. My black behind was armed robbed by a white guy before! Even more shocking! I KNOW OF THREE WHITE GUYS THAT I'VE LOCKED UP THAT ROB AND BURGLARIZED PEOPLE, AND THEY ADMITTED THEY PREFER ROBBING OTHER WHITE PEOPLE, granted they are heroine addicts. Crime is crime no matter the race is! Point blank period!

Got to agree here. "Punks is punks"...doesn't matter how much melanin they were born with.

To be perfectly clear...

I've met great black people and POS black people. I've also met great white people and POS white people. You get the trend.

The only way to take people is one at a time, as individuals. Anything else is just intellectual laziness.
