I can't believe people are upset that I question the official reports. I question anything this administration comes out with, all they've done is tell one lie after another. Question things now, while we still can. Before asking the wrong question ends you up in a FEMA camp.
Take that Boston Bomber suspect they captured, then found out he was a Saudi Royal, and quickly flew his butt back home. Was he involved or not? Why were they looking for him? Wasn't it mostly Saudi's that flew the jets into the WTC Towers?
If you're getting your news from the MSM, then all you are hearing is what Obama wants you to hear, there is no more investigative journalism ala Woodward and Bernstein anymore. All we have is a liberal lap dog media that regurgitates what they've been told to say. About the only real news you are going to get is going to come off the internet. There are some pretty trustworthy sources, The Blaze, Bob Livingston's Personal Liberty Digest, Drudge, Breitbart, World Net Daily, Newsmax.

Then you have the conspiracy theories. People roll their eyes and dismiss them, But many do pan out, like the FEMA camps that no one believed in, until the government admitted they existed. Martin Luther King's family went to court over the MLK assination, and the ruling from the court was that there WAS a government conspiracy to murder MLK. I don't think people roll out of bed and decide to make up some fantastical story and try and pass it off as truth. Well, maybe some real crackpots might, but they are pretty easy to spot.
As far as just the facts, ma'am, who is deciding what is fact and what isn't? Eric Holder? I think it's the patriot's duty to question everything the Government tells us, particularly during this administration.
Did the Syrian Government gas it's own people, or did the rebels gas people and blame it on the government, hoping to draw us into their civil war? Syrian rebels have been caught by Turkish soldiers with gas canisters. You all ready to jump into another war, just because of half assed information?
And do you think it's possible Syria even has the gas because it was shipped there from Iraq, so we'd find no WMD's there? Making us look like a bunch of fools for invading a country on faulty intelligence? You all decide how much of the governments pablum you are going to swallow. I just don't find the taste very appealing.

It isn't any question that some may object to, but rather basing that question on a falsehood, such as the use of the AR15. It wasn't the Obama/Holder misinformation machine that puts out most information, but rather the people that were there; the first responders, the secondary responders and the people in attendance at the school who witnessed the event. They say he used a AR and I believe them.

Most conspiracy theories are developed by people intent on making money, not seeking the truth. From Oliver Stone to Rosie O'Donnell, those that twist the truth and make up "facts" cannot be taken seriously. If you base your mistrust of the government of falsehoods, then who is being fooled?

When you begin your argument with a factual error "...when no AR15 was found on Lanza", the rest of the argument is suspect as far as I'm concerned. Are there real events that need further explanation, of course, but only the truth if you please, only the truth.

Did Obama/Holder shamelessly use the tragedy for their personal agenda, of course. That's no conspiracy... it's only a classless base use of misery. If you want to ask a question about the Newtown incident it should be; why do the political leftwing elite continue to protect their own children with armed guards while fighting and mocking efforts of ordinary parents to do the same? When is the last time a federal official lost a child in a schoolyard shooting? All animals are equal, but some are more equal?

TheTman - I'm not getting the feeling that anybody's upset with you. Lots of folks, including me, are upset that we can't seem to get a straight answer and that the news readers aren't JOURNALISTS anymore, but instead read verbatim from the Jay Carney press releases.

For all the "facts" on the cable networks and 'net reports, we'll never really know what's true and what isn't.

In fact, at a recent Open Carry luncheon where a bunch of OC'ers got together for spreading the truth on lawful open carry in NC, an older couple approached us as they were on their way out of the restaurant. The lady claimed they were from Sandy Hook. The lady claimed the kid cracked and killed his mother (and then the school kids) because she was sexually abusing him. How does she know this to be true? Hell if I know, but add it to the list of "facts" that weren't ever reported by the MSM.

We'll never know.

How do you have a civilized conversation when someone is arguing facts not in evidence? How do you talk sense to someone who believes that Bush brought down the Twin Towers as an excuse to go to war? What's being argued isn't rational. There's a conspiracy theory to cover every occasion. Why the Air force is covering up the fact that we've been visited by UFOs and we really didn't land men on the moon. It was all done on a sound stage in Hollywood. Really? You're buying that? Muggs, what is with you and conspiracy theories? Yes, a lot of them are pretty thin, but look how many have proven true, and not theories. Say the Gulf of Tonkin incident. That didn't go down the way we were told. In fact there was no attack at all, but Johnson had already made up his mind to go to war before he had all the facts. The Martin Luther King Shooting was ruled in court to be a government conspiracy, and not the work of James Earl Ray. Mrs. King even visited Ray in prison before he died to tell him she knew he didn't do it. The Gulf of Tonkin conspiracy ended up costing over 52,000 American lives. Possibly, if it wasn't for the internet and conspiracy theories, and the people having access to various news sources and knowledge, we might very well be bombing Syria by now. The MSM would just keep showing us pictures of Rebels being gassed, or more likely acting as if they had been. And people would start crying for these poor Rebels, and demand something be done, and Obama would be more than willing to jump right in that dance. At least we are asking questions, like who is really gassing who if anyone is? Rebels have been supposedly have been caught with gas canisters by Turkish soldiers. We also probably wouldn't know about the Christian villages that have been slaughtered by rebel forces, nor would we have the videos of the rebels hacking off the heads of Christians with a buck knife. Or of one eating the heart of an enemy he had just executed. These are the conspiracy "theories", although it's hard to call them theories, as you're watching a head being hacked off a body. That Syria has used gas on the Rebels and must be punished, is the "Official Story". Seems like you posted once that you were frustrated that your brothers in arms would entertain these conspiracy theories... or something to that effect. So no one should question any official reports? (I sure wish people would have questioned the Gulf of Tonkin incident a lot more, of course there was probably no way to do it, but it might have save over 50,000 lives) And we should just accept everything the govt. and MSM tell us as fact? I'm sorry, I've just heard and saw enough of some of the crap that goes on in the govt. that there is no way I trust them. If only 1 in 10 or 20 videos and articles I've read is true, then some sick stuff is going on behind the scenes, here in the good old USA. It's good to question things. Don't just swallow the crap the govt. feeds you, without finding out what's in it first. Should be no harm and no foul if someone wants to share some info they find interesting. Have we been at times lied to by the government? Yes. Have those lies been exposed. Yes. The hardest thing in the world to keep is a secret. The problem with conspiracy theories is that most of them are pure bunk. Perpetuating them detracts from the truth. I like TheTman and I hate to see him being taken in by this crap. I'd rather hear his thoughts on real issues. Right now we have Obama wagging the dog to divert attention from the faults of his inept administration. That's what we should be discussing.

Actually there were two ships envolved. One reported it on the date of the attack the second one reported it two days later. Interestingly enough the media got ahold of the report of the second day and since there was no attack on the date the report was submitted they thought it to be a lie. A false flag operation. IF the media had bothered to actually read the report they would have seen the date of the attack was correct and the date of the report was two days later. The reports are online for you to read if you wish.

It's kinda like the 911 conspiracy flap where some fool says the columns had to have been cut by explosives/thermite because they were cut so neatly and at just the right angle. BUT they ignore photos taken the day before when the workers were there cutting those columns with torches.
